Perfect Shiny Hair in Half The Time

Every morning, every girl dreams of having perfect, shiny straight hair. Well, at least I do. I have very long hair and I am always looking for the perfect tools to make the process the easiest possible. My search for the perfect brush began a few weeks a go, I tried a few but none did a great job. Some pulled my hair too much others did not give it enough shine.

A few days ago I decided to give the local Ricky's another try and I once again asked what brush they would recommend and the salesperson without a second thought said the must have brush is the Morocaan Oil Round Brush. I was a bit skeptical at first because paying $28.00 for a brush to me seems crazy but was she ever right. Not only does this brush give you straight, shiny beautiful hair but most importantly does not pull your hair and cuts down on the time you spend on blow drying your hair because it is ceramic and attracts heat. I hear all their products are amazing so if you have tried them please let me know and if you decide to invest in this amazing brush let me know what you think.

I am convinced and so will you once you try it that this is worth every penny.

This is great information when I need to blow out my thick curly hair which I never do. Do you have any tips on hair products for curly/wavy hair? Have you or anyone you know used the Wen products specifically the conditioner? Lastly, I love your blog!

So happy to hear you are enjoying my posts. My hope is to share all my findings with as many Fashionistas as possible and in the process help them save money.

I use to have very curly and thick hair in my teens and my go to products and ones I still recommend are Frizz Ease by John Frida, the smoothing shampoo & conditioner are amazing and the straightening balm will leave the curliest mane smooth and straight.

As far as the Wen products are concerned a
friend tried them and did not have anything positive to say, so my recommendation is you stay away.

Do try this brush it will make a huge difference on your hair if you decide to blow dry it straight.

Thanks for responding so quickly. I actually use John Freida products and you're right they are great. Lately though I feel as if I need a better detangling conditioner for my thick hair. If you know of any other ones that are better and affordable, please let me know. And I will stay away from the Wen products. Thanks again. :)

I believe that sometimes our hair outgrows the products we are accustomed to and this may be the case with your hair and John Frida. We also have to remember that as we get older our hair changes as well.

My next reccommendation is the Moroccan Oil Products a bit pricier but amazing and I am sure if you do a web search for them you may be able to find them at cheaper prices.

Here is a link to their web site so you can read up on their products.

Hope this helps.

I agree with you about my hair changing and because of that I use a anti-residue shampoo from Neutrogena once a week which helps. I will definitely try the Moroccan Oil products. Thanks again. This has been extremely helpful and will report back on the success of the products. Xoxo
